What should I do if I encounter the “Incorrect Ad Account” issue during onboarding?
There are two things you need to check:
Is your ad account a new account dedicated exclusively to Lazada?
– If no, you must create a new ad account specifically for Lazada and then re-onboard.
If you have already completed the Business Manager ID submission, please contact the Lazada team for assistance with resharing the catalog.
– If yes, proceed to assign the partner:
– Go to Meta Business Settings → Ad Accounts.
– Select the ad account you want to connect.
– Click Partners → Assign Partner.
– Enter Lazada’s Business Manager ID: 2723068664658551.
– Click View Performance and then Assign.
– Return to Seller Center, enter the assigned Ad Account ID again, and you’re done.
