Eligibility & How to Claim
The Top Up Bonus is available only to sellers who meet Lazada’s eligibility criteria, and you can check your eligibility and claim your bonus through the same steps:
1. Go to Sponsored Solutions, then navigate to the On-platform Solutions menu.
From the Overview homepage, find the Voucher section.
2. Locate the “Top Up Bonus” within the Voucher section. If you are eligible, the Top Up Bonus card will be visible and accessible.
3. Click the “Top Up” button and complete the required top-up amount. Review all details and conditions before proceeding. Once successful, your bonus will be issued automatically.
4. Find your granted voucher: Go to Account Setting → Account Balance → My Voucher. The voucher will appear with a “Usable” status.

- Rebate Value: A 100% rebate in the form of an LSS Voucher
- Campaign Period: 1-14 December 2025
- Voucher Issuance Date: 15 December 2025 after the required top-up amount is successfully completed.
