Receive a 100% rebate in the form of an LSS voucher if your Sponsored Max – Store generates no orders within 7 consecutive days, as long as you meet all eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Eligible Sellers for Campaign Participation
Participation is exclusive to new and inactive users only, please check your eligibility on Lazada Seller Center. Sellers who receive Seller Center Notification or On-Platform Solutions Banner are qualified to join the campaign.
2. Eligibility Criteria to Receive a 100% Rebate: Sellers must meet all of the following
- Sellers must create or activate a Sponsored Max – Store campaign during the campaign period: 23 January – 29 January 2026.
- The campaign must remain active continuously for 7 consecutive days with no inactive days and must generate no orders during this period.
For example, if a seller activates the campaign on 27 January 2026 and receives no orders between 27 January and 2 February 2026 (7 days total), they will be eligible to receive the 100% rebate (only wallet credit spend). Campaigns that are inactive and reactivated during this period will not be eligible. - Sellers must ensure that they have sufficient balance to maintain their campaign at all times.
- Only wallet credit spend will count toward your progress and rebate amount.
- Sellers must accept and apply the following settings:
1. The recommended bidding type
2. Bidding values
For Max CPC: Use the recommended value or higher.
For Target ROAS/ROI: Use any recommended value or lower.
3. The recommended budget
- The voucher will be issued on 11 February 2026 and will be valid for 30 days with no maximum cap
