Sponsored Max: First Time Promotional Offer – January 2026

1. Promotion Overview Lazada is offering eligible sellers a FREE LSS Voucher when they promote their store or products using Sponsored Max from 1 – 31 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the LSS Voucher, sellers must:

• • Use Sponsored Max – Store, or promote at least one product with Sponsored Max – Product, within the promotion period.
  • The promotion only applies to those who have created and are running Sponsored Max campaigns during the promotion period, which is from 1 – 31 January 2026.
  • Each seller is eligible to receive only one incentive: either for Sponsored Max – Store or Sponsored Max – Product. Please visit Lazada Seller Center to check your eligibility

3. Voucher Issuance & Usage

• • This promotion is limited to sellers who have never used Sponsored Max before.
  • Each seller is entitled to only one LSS Voucher during the promotion period.
  • Eligible sellers will receive their LSS Voucher on or before 1 February 2026.
  • The LSS Voucher can only be used for Sponsored Max and Sponsored Discovery

4. Voucher Amount by Market and Seller The LSS Voucher amount varies based on varies based on the seller and their market location.

5. Additional Details
This promotion is limited to one LSS Voucher per seller during the Promotion Period.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.

• Lazada reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activities or violates any of Lazada’s policies.

• Lazada reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

By participating in this promotion, sellers agree to these Campaign Details and acknowledge that Lazada’s decision regarding any dispute is final and binding.
