1. Why is Sponsored Store being discontinued?
Sponsored Store is being discontinued effective on 19 April 2025 as part of our efforts to streamline and strengthen our Sponsored Solutions offerings.
2. When will Sponsored Store be discontinued?
‒ Starting from 4 April 2025, Sponsored Store will no longer be available for campaign creation.
‒ Starting from 19 April 2025, Sponsored Store will no longer be available for campaign management.
3. Will I still be able to access my Sponsored Store campaign data after the discontinuation?
Yes. Your Sponsored Store campaign data and performance reports will remain accessible in the system until 31 Dec 2025. We encourage you to download any reports you may need before this date.
4. What will happen to my existing Sponsored Store campaigns?
All active Sponsored Store campaigns will be automatically stopped from 19 April 2025. No further budget will be spent on these campaigns after the discontinuation date.
5. Are there alternative solutions I can use to promote my products?
Yes. We encourage you to explore our other Lazada Sponsored Solutions, including: Sponsored Max, Sponsored Discovery, Sponsored Display and more.
