Sponsored Max: First Time Promotional Offer

1. Promotion Overview Lazada is offering eligible sellers a FREE LSS Voucher when they promote their store or products using Sponsored Max from 22 March 2025 to 31 March 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the LSS Voucher:

• Sellers must use Sponsored Max – Store or promote at least one product using Sponsored Max – Product within the Promotion Period.

• The promotion applies only to active Sponsored Max campaigns created and running between 22  – 31 March 2025.

• Incentive offers will be dedicated to each individual seller. Each seller is eligible to receive only one of the following incentive types: Sponsored Max – Store or Sponsored Max – Product

3. Voucher Issuance & Usage

• Eligible sellers will receive the LSS Voucher on or before 1 April 2025.

• The voucher is valid for 30 days from the issuance date.

• The LSS Voucher can be used for all CPC campaigns.

• Voucher issuance and validity dates are subject to changes at Lazada’s discretion.

4. Voucher Amount by Market The LSS Voucher amount varies based on the seller’s market location:

• Singapore (SG): 10 SGD

• Philippines (PH): 500 PHP

• Indonesia (ID): 160,000 IDR

• Vietnam (VN): 250,000 VND

• Malaysia (MY): 40 MYR

• Thailand (TH): 300 THB

5. Additional Details

• This promotion is limited to one LSS Voucher per seller during the Promotion Period.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.

• Lazada reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activities or violates any of Lazada’s policies.

• Lazada reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

By participating in this promotion, sellers agree to these Campaign Details and acknowledge that Lazada’s decision regarding any dispute is final and binding.
