Start by creating Sponsored Max campaigns for your top-performing products from Sponsored Discovery. Monitor performance for 7-14 days, then gradually transition more products. Use historical Sponsored Discovery data to set realistic Target ROI in Sponsored Max.
During the transition period, you can run both campaign types. However, the same product cannot be promoted in both Sponsored Discovery and Sponsored Max at the same time. You will need to pause the product in one campaign before promoting it in the other.
Lazada is taking a gradual migration approach. Sponsored Discovery will continue to run alongside Sponsored Max during the transition period. We encourage you to start exploring Sponsored Max while continuing to run your existing Sponsored Discovery campaigns.
